Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planning Major Projects Lead to coordinate mobilisation, deployment, and demobilisation of talent across major projects, ensuring readiness and governance across regions. You will define requirements, align stakeholders, monitor readiness, and drive continuous improvement in workforce planning practices within a global, matrixed organization.

This is a senior, strategic role with exposure to diverse industries and critical programmes, focusing on sustaining project

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in workforce planning, resource management, major project delivery or related operational discipline.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning principles and operating models.
• Proven ability to support major project mobilisation, ensuring availability, capability and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central Workforce Planning coordination point for major projects across Industries, Sectors, Services, and Regions.
• Define workforce planning coordination requirements, governance expectations, planning cadence, and readiness requirements.
• Recommend mobilisation, deployment, transition, and demobilisation actions to support readiness.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of cross-project dependencies affecting delivery.
• Monitor progress against project requirements and escalate risks as needed.
• Track mobilisation effectiveness and readiness indicators to support project execution.
• Align planning activities between Project Leadership, WFP teams, and Resource Planners.
• Coordinate end-to-end workforce mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure continuity of project delivery.
