Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Work­force Planning Major Projects Lead to enable successful mobilisation, deployment, and demobilisation of talent across major projects. You will coordinate workforce planning, align stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also coordinate workforce planning across the WFP network to support seamless mobilisation and demobilisation, ensuring continuity of project delivery and optimal talent utilization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in workforce planning, resource management, major project delivery.
• Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and operating models.
• Ability to align workforce capability with project objectives.
• Experience supporting mobilisation activities for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as central Workforce Planning coordination point for major projects.
• Define coordination requirements, governance, planning cadence, and readiness.
• Recommend mobilisation, deployment, transition and demobilisation actions.
• Identify and coordinate cross-project and cross-regional dependencies.
• Monitor readiness, milestones, risks and workforce deployment progress.
• Coordinate with Service Executives and Talent Acquisition on planning actions.
