• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with Team/Project Leaders and Talent Acquisition partners.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage the 12-week look ahead for teams and projects.
• Identify gaps and recruit talent to meet demand in pursuits and rollouts.
• Build and maintain networks with pursuit leaders, project managers and sector leads to align supply with demand.
