Responsibilities

• Maximize billability and forecast reliability with team managers.
• Manage demand marketplace and support the wider network.
• Own the 12-week look ahead quality for managers.
• Identify work and demand for Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards insights for decision making.
• Identify recruitment needs with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and profile updates in WFP Tags.
• Build networks with pursuit and project managers.
• Escalate supply and demand risks.
• Be primary contact for talent in pursuits.
