Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner to drive frontline workforce planning and deployment across pursuits and projects. You will build strong networks, understand team capabilities, and ensure data quality. The role supports Sector and Service leaders and directs talent to maximize billability.

You will collaborate with team managers, pursue leaders, and project managers to balance demand with supply, while leveraging WFP tags and dashboards to provide early warnings on risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, or deployment coordination within professional services.
• Strong analytics to forecast demand, track billability, and drive deployment decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to challenge and influence.
• Knowledge of employment law and regional talent trends is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage demand marketplace and support wider network to capture opportunities.
• Ensure 12-week look-ahead accuracy for leaders within remit.
• Identify work and plan in advance for Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards-based insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Flag recruitment needs and support pre-planning with Talent Acquisition.
