Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner in Novi, MI to drive frontline workforce planning, identifying and deploying talent for Pursuits and Projects. You will build networks on the ground and ensure data quality to support decision-making.

The role requires strong workforce planning, analytics, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Collaboration across sectors and service lines is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination in professional services.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting and how demand signals influence decisions.
• Strong collaboration with Team Managers, Project Managers, Pursuit Leaders, Account Leaders and Talent Acquisition partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage the demand marketplace and support wider network.
• Own the 12-week look ahead for team managers within remit.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and support onboarding of new joiners.
