Job summary

Arcadis, a global design, engineering and consultancy leader, is seeking a Resource Planner to drive workforce planning across the firm. You will support pursuits and projects with deployment of talent, maintain data quality, and build networks with sector leaders and managers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and proactive workforce management to maximize billability and project success in a dynamic professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or deployment coordination in professional services.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics, forecasting, and billability impact on deployment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with leaders and talent partners.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment law relevant to planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with team managers to maximise billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage the demand market-place and support wider network with critical requests.
• Own the 12-week look-ahead quality for managers within remit.
• Identify and recruit needs to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide dashboards insights to enable informed decisions for leadership.
• Support onboarding and maintain WFP Tags for new joiners.
• Build strong relationships with pursuit leaders and project managers to source talent.
• Elevate supply/demand risks and provide early warnings to Sector WFP Directors.
