Job summary

WellTheory is seeking a Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead to elevate our care team operations. You will build forecasting models, planning systems, and scalable processes to enable care delivery at scale while maintaining quality and provider satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance to inform staffing decisions, hiring timelines, and operational improvements. This role reports to the Co-Founder and Head of Ops in a fast-scaling, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management roles.
• Experience managing workforce models or staffing frameworks, ideally in healthcare, tech, or service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting based on user growth, enrollment trends, and care delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Care leadership to define and monitor productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing strategy.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to anticipate upcoming needs and proactively plan staffing accordingly.
• Analyze performance and utilization metrics to surface operational improvements.
• Create scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows that align people and process across the care journey.
• Support hiring plans, onboarding ramp timelines, and ongoing performance monitoring.
