Job summary

Softheon is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our remote Operations team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and project management across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in healthcare or technology operations, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and a collaborative, action-oriented mindset. Remote-first with occasional HQ visits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business operations or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Experience in healthcare or technology sectors
• STEM field experience required
• Proficient in Excel; some SQL experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure operations comply with regulations and company policies
• Contribute to strategic plans and data-driven decisions
• Lead project management, budgeting, and financial planning for operations
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product development
• Conduct market research on trends in healthtech
• Document processes and analysis for transparency
• Engage in talent management and recruitment
• Be available for on-call and occasional travel as needed
