Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in operational strategy for blended in-house and outsourced workforce.
• Experience in high-growth environments, healthcare/tech and contact center preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategy and planning across Patient Services Operations.
• Lead forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and intraday management.
• Drive operational excellence, problem solving, and scalable processes.
• Design and lead a real-time command center and vendor governance.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and business cases for decisions.
