Job summary

WellTheory is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead enterprise client launches and set them up for long-term success as we scale. You will own the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating with HR, benefits, wellness, medical directors, and technical teams to translate contractual commitments into successful go-lives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Care, reporting to the Co-founder, Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience, preferably in digital health or related B2B2C environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear internal specs and requirements.
• Strong relationship-driven communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured, detail-oriented project management across multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and driving launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client implementation plans from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Client Success.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines.
• Gather business requirements and translate into clear internal specs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client implementation stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care.
• Anticipate and resolve implementation risks with urgency and care.
• Contribute to playbooks and best practices as the implementation function scales.
