Job summary

Wellthy Inc. is seeking a Care Adviser to support Care Coordinators with care-related tasks and research, working behind the scenes to ensure members receive timely care navigation and coordination.

You will join a mission-driven team focused on improving family care and leveraging tech-powered solutions. You’ll receive robust onboarding, remote work, and opportunities to grow into specialized teams while contributing to guides and internal resources.

Qualifications

• Open to learning, experimenting, and evolving with emerging tech such as AI
• Remote Work Experience
• Associates Degree or Higher
• 3+ years work experience in Health Care, Caregiving or related customer service/administrative roles

Responsibilities

• Execute care-related tasks to support Care Coordinators and maintain high-quality member experience.
• Maintain a workload aligned with employment status while meeting output and quality standards.
• Leverage Wellthy’s Care Network and tools to complete tasks timely and effectively.
• Conduct research to gather, analyze, and synthesize information for caregiving needs.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators and Care Managers for seamless task execution.
• Communicate updates, progress, and barriers to completion promptly.
• Ensure tasks meet Wellthy’s quality standards, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve internal resources and guides.
• Participate in professional development to grow expertise in key focus areas such as medical or mental health.
• Contribute to team culture and cross-functional initiatives; assist with non-client work like guides or marketing input.
