Job summary

WellTheory is hiring a Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead to support the growth and efficiency of our Care Team operations. You'll build forecasting models, planning systems, and processes that let us deliver care at scale while maintaining quality and provider satisfaction.

This role reports directly to our Co-Founder and Head of Ops, and works cross-functionally with Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance to inform staffing decisions, hiring timelines, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management roles, ideally in healthcare, tech, or service delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting based on user growth and care delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Care leadership to define productivity, caseload distribution, and staffing strategy.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to anticipate needs and plan staffing accordingly.
• Analyze performance and utilization metrics to surface operational improvements.
• Create scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows aligning people and process across care.
• Support hiring plans, onboarding ramp timelines, and ongoing performance monitoring.
