Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support staffing across our long-term care and related health services. You will collaborate with schedulers, drive workforce best practices, and provide scheduling and software support across the organization.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related health-care experience, 5 years in scheduling, and experience with time and attendance systems such as SmartLinx.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of (2) years’ long-term care or related health care experience.
• Minimum of (5) years’ experience in scheduling or staffing coordination.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, such as SmartLinx, etc.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Creativity and the willingness to develop best-in-class innovative solutions, combining culture change best practices and research.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community of Practice groups for Schedulers to strengthen job performance, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning.
• Develop and lead the implementation of workforce best practices within the organization.
• Provide scheduling and software related support across the organization, as needed.
