Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn applicant-tracking software or recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Advocates workforce services and promotes programs to chambers, associations, and economic development groups.
• Monitors program effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Performs market research and analyzes data to identify industry trends.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates hiring events and job fairs.
• Develops relationships with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
• Provides career counseling, resume/cover letter development, and interview prep.
