C2 Global Professional Services (C2GPS) is seeking a Small Business Account Manager to coordinate workforce services with local businesses and match employers with skilled workers. The role emphasizes building relationships with hiring managers, planning events, and guiding job seekers through career counseling and resume development.

The position involves monitoring program effectiveness, performing market analysis, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred and one year of relevant experience in workforce development.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocates workforce services and promotes programs to local businesses and associations.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates hiring events and job fairs.
• Develops positive business relationships with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
• Provides career counseling, resume and interview preparation, and negotiation guidance.
• Ensures participants are registered in state labor exchange systems and resumes are posted.
• Coordinates and participates in external recruiting events to stay informed about labor market changes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local employment laws and company policies.
