C2 GPS’ career center seeks a Business Solutions Liaison to coordinate with local businesses, implementing occupational and career services and matching employers with skilled job seekers. The role focuses on promoting workforce programs, planning hiring events, and building strong relationships with hiring managers to address staffing needs.

Ideal candidates may have bilingual English/Spanish abilities, a high school diploma or GED, and an undergraduate degree preferred with relevant workforce

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred and one year of relevant experience in workforce development.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocates workforce services and promotes programs to chambers and associations.
• Monitors program effectiveness and suggests improvements to achieve goals.
• Performs market research and analyzes data to identify industry trends.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates hiring events and job fairs.
• Develops relationships with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
