You will build relationships with community providers, educate customers on services, and expand outreach through social media and events.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel may be required; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with community-based providers to implement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to civic and social services organizations.
• Identify community resources to educate customers on workforce services.

• Collect information on labor market needs and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and sustain partnerships.
• Promote the workforce system through social media and events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
