C2 GPS is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to oversee the Business Solutions department operations and guide staff within workforce development. You will mentor team members, manage budgets, and drive improvements in service delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in supervision, plus bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The role emphasizes strategic planning, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, including three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in workforce development and program management.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local guidelines and compliance.
• Strong communication, budgeting and data analysis skills.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets; tech-savvy.

• Advise, guide and mentor staff on service delivery to customers; provide training as needed.
• Prepare, design and implement budgets and monitor resources and performance.
• Evaluate service delivery systems and implement improvements.
