C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Business Solutions Liaison to bridge employers with skilled job seekers and coordinate workforce programs. You will promote services, conduct market research, and plan hiring events while building strong relationships with local businesses.

You will provide career counseling, resume/cover letter support, and interview preparation, ensuring participants are registered in labor exchange systems and accessible to employers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred and one year of relevant experience in workforce development.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with clean record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate workforce services and promote programs to chambers and associations.
• Monitor program effectiveness and advise on improvements.
• Perform market research and analyze data to identify trends.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and job fairs.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
• Provide career counseling, resume/cover letter development, and interview prep.
• Ensure participants are registered in state labor exchange systems and resumes are posted.
• Coordinate external recruiting events and industry networking.
