C2 Global Professional Services (C2GPS) is seeking a Business Solutions Liaison to coordinate with local businesses, implement occupational and career services, and match employers with skilled workers to meet workforce needs in the Midland area.

The role focuses on promoting workforce programs, planning hiring events, and building relationships with hiring managers. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred; 1 year relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocates workforce services and promotes programs to chambers of commerce, professional associations, economic development corporations, and similar entities.
• Monitors program effectiveness and identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for improvement to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Performs market research, monitors, and analyzes data to identify industry trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates hiring events and job fairs for customers and employers.
• Develops positive business relationships with hiring managers to proactively assess staffing needs.
