Moniepoint Inc. in the United States seeks a Workforce Business Partner (North Central) to align people strategy with business priorities and drive performance, planning, and leadership effectiveness across units.

You will partner with business leaders to translate goals into actionable people plans, coach leaders on talent strategy, and ensure compliant, data-driven decision-making to foster engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, incl. at least 2 years in a Business Partner/advisory role.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of core HR: performance, relations, org design, and planning.
• Proven ability to use HR data/analytics to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to translate goals into actionable people plans for capability, performance, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design to meet current/future needs.
• Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance, and IC engagement to strengthen culture.
• Advise on IC relations, ensuring fair resolutions with Workforce Relations COE.
• Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities with data-driven insights.
• Champion change management and clear communication for transformation and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local labor laws while maintaining high-performance culture.
