Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in Lagos is seeking a Workforce Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities and drive performance, engagement, and inclusion. You will act as a trusted advisor bridging business needs and people solutions.

In this role you will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership coaching, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. A data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience in business partnering or advisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure the right structure, roles, and talent are in place to meet current and future needs.
• Coach and influence leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and Independent Contractor engagement to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor on IC relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and business-aligned resolutions in collaboration with the Workforce Relations COE.
• Analyze people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
• Champion change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement within business units.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws while promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
