Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a Workforce Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities across the North West region. You will serve as a strategic partner to leaders, driving performance enablement, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness with measurable impact.

You will act as a trusted advisor on talent and organizational design, ensuring compliant, high-performing teams. Strong data-driven decision-making and experience in multinational settings are essential

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory capacity.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into actionable people plans to drive capability, performance and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure right structure and talent.
• Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and IC engagement to strengthen leadership and culture.
• Advise on IC relations matters with Workforce Relations COE for fair, business-aligned resolutions.
• Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present data-driven recommendations.
• Champion change management and communication to support transformation and continuous improvement.
