Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Workforce Business Partner (South East) to align people strategy with business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving performance enablement, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness across business units.

You will partner with leaders to design the right structure, coach executives on talent strategy, and ensure compliant, high-performance culture while promoting inclusion. The role supports a fully remote, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory capacity.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions — performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure the right structure, roles, and talent are in place to meet current and future needs.
• Coach and influence leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and Independent Contractor engagement to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor on IC relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and business-aligned resolutions in collaboration with the Workforce Relations COE.
• Analyze people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
• Champion change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement within business units.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws while promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
