Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Workforce Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities across North Central regions.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving performance enablement, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced environment. You will influence talent decisions, manage relations for independent contractors, and champion change initiatives to improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 2+ years in a partnership/advisory role.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Experience using HR data/analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure the right structure and talent.
• Coach and influence leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and Independent Contractor engagement to strengthen leadership and culture.
• Advise on IC relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent resolutions in collaboration with the Workforce Relations COE.
• Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations to leaders.
• Champion change management and communication strategies that support transformation and adoption.
