Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Workforce Business Partner for the North East region, focused on aligning people strategy with business priorities and driving performance, engagement, and inclusion.

You will partner with leaders, manage workforce planning and organizational design, coach on talent strategy and IC engagement, and ensure compliance. This role requires strong analytics and stakeholder influence in a fast-paced multinational fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including advisory capacity.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure the right structure, roles, and talent are in place to meet current and future needs.
• Coach and influence leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and IC engagement to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor on IC relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and business-aligned resolutions in collaboration with the Workforce Relations COE.
• Analyze people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
• Champion change management and communication strategies that support transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement within business units.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws while promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
