Job summary

Global Wind Service is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow its North American service business. You will build relationships with wind turbine OEMs and wind farm owners/operators, identify new opportunities and lead commercial negotiations across technician supply, T&M services, and other wind turbine service scopes.

You will work on proposals, tenders and project handovers with Operations and Finance, develop competitive labor rates, and monitor profitability to maximize value for

Qualifications

• Wind industry knowledge and strong commercial acumen are required.
• Experience building long‑term customer relationships in North America.
• Ability to analyze markets and price services competitively.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, framework agreements or similar contracts.
• Understanding labor rates and service delivery economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow strategic relationships with wind turbine OEMs and wind farm owners/operators.
• Identify and develop opportunities across technician supply, T&M and wind turbine services.
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, framework agreements, work orders and commercial terms.
• Develop competitive labor rates and commercially sustainable pricing.
• Partner with Operations and Finance on proposals, tenders and successful project handovers.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.
• Support the continued growth of our North American service business.
