Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager – Maintenance Services, AMER, to drive profitable growth across the Americas. You will manage the full sales cycle, key customer relationships, and complex negotiations, while coordinating with HSEQ, Legal, and Operations to forecast and expand services.

Lead strategic accounts, develop competitive pricing, manage tenders and contracts, and contribute to leadership discussions on customer strategies and market opportunities.

Formación

• Experience managing client accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of business lifecycle, sales processes, and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Experience supporting tender and contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver commercial performance by defining territory plans and managing full sales cycle.
• Lead complex opportunities end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams.
