Nordex North America is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and sales targets across assigned North American markets. You will develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, and support negotiations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver wind energy solutions.

The role requires a strong background in sales, wind energy, and financial modeling, with up to 30% travel. MBA is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in sales or technical sales.
• Wind energy industry experience preferred.
• Strong business development, project management, contract administration, budgeting.
• Experience performing technical, economic, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license; driving may be required.

Aufgaben

• Support wind turbine sales activities for North America market segments.
• Identify new sales opportunities with developers, IPPs, funds, and utilities.
• Coordinate wind turbine sales proposals, NDAs, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and quotes.
• Perform COE analyses and economic modeling to compare Nordex solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and O&M teams.
• Support reviews, executive presentations, and negotiations for turbine supply and O&M.
• Manage customer communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Nordex at trade shows, conferences, and project sites; travel regularly.
