Nordex North America is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and achieve sales targets across North America. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships, support contract negotiations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive wind energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in sales, technical sales, or sales support roles.
• Wind energy industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business development, project management, contract administration, profitability analysis, and budgeting.
• Experience performing technical, economic, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with executive leadership, customers, technical teams, construction teams, and service organizations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support wind turbine sales activities for assigned market segments and customer accounts across North America.
• Identify new sales opportunities with developers, IPPs, infrastructure funds, and utilities through market research and engagement.
• Coordinate wind turbine sales proposals, including NDAs, technical reviews, RFPs/RFQs, and quotations.
• Perform cost-of-energy analyses and economic modeling to compare Nordex solutions with competitors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and O&M teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support project reviews, executive presentations, and negotiations for turbine supply and O&M service agreements.
• Manage customer communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the sales cycle.
• Represent Nordex at trade shows, conferences, meetings, and project sites.
• Travel regularly to support opportunities across North America.
