Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and hit targets across North America. You will develop strategic plans, manage customer relationships, and support contract negotiations for wind energy solutions.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, finance, PM, and O&M teams, with regular travel to client sites and industry events. Strong communication and modeling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, technical sales, or sales support roles.
• Wind energy industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support wind turbine sales activities for North America across market segments.
• Identify new sales opportunities with Developers, IPPs, and Utilities.
• Coordinate wind turbine sales proposals, NDAs, RFPs, and quotations.
• Perform COE analyses and economic modeling to compare Nordex solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, PM, and O&M teams to maximize value.
• Support project reviews, executive presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Manage customer communications and stakeholder engagement throughout the sales process.
• Represent Nordex at trade shows, conferences, and project sites.
• Travel regularly to support relationships across North America.
