Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to proactively maintain and expand relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory.

You will grow penetration by selling the full product suite and increasingly align with operations to resolve issues. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Salesforce for activity tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows relationships with existing customers.
• Sells the full Republic Services product suite to customers.
• Uses Salesforce to document calls, meetings, and proposals.
• Coordinates with operations to address customer service issues.
