Republic Services is seeking an Associate Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with small to mid-size commercial and industrial customers in the assigned territory. You will proactively contact customers daily, understand service offerings, and drive revenue by selling the full Republic Services product suite.

The role requires high school completion and 0–2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven customer service experience or related field.
• Ability to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.

• Maintain and retain existing customers through daily outreach.
• Develop knowledge of services and pricing; upsell where appropriate.
• Perform contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
• Utilize Salesforce to schedule and document activities.
• Capture customer emails and manage credits.
• Increase penetration by selling full Republic Services product suite.
• Meet with Sales Manager to review retention activities and status of key relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
