Qualifications

• Proactive outreach to existing customers daily.
• Knowledge of services, pricing, and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by daily outreach.
• Learn services, pricing structures, and upsell opportunities.
• Perform contract re-signs to extend relationships.
• Respond to cancellation requests per policy.
• Capture customer emails and document activities in Salesforce.
• Sell full suite of Republic Services products.
• Meet with Sales Manager to review progress.
