Job summary

Republic Services in Concord, NC is seeking an Account Manager to proactively maintain and deepen relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers, while expanding penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products.

You will regularly collaborate with the Sales Manager, coordinate with operations, and log activities in Salesforce to capture communications, proposals, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and offers for assigned customers.
• Perform contract re-signs on existing customers to extend relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per policy.
• Communicate with customers on pricing initiatives and opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to log calls, meetings, and proposals.
