Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related; minimum of three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement and inventory integrity; ensure productivity goals are met.
• Assist with site budget process and maximize net income through cost control.
• Develop staff and promote effective leadership succession within the operation.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement through standardized work and procedures.
