• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including KPI achievement.
• Manage budget and financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure all warehouse personnel comply with standard procedures.
• Analyze operations to make necessary improvements.
• Motivate, train, supervise, and evaluate performance of subordinates.
