Kenco Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions, ensure KPI achievement, and drive continuous improvement across the site. You will manage budgeting, cost controls, and the development of direct reports, while collaborating with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on inventory integrity, and a track record of delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required with related experience.
• Minimum five years in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Leadership experience of at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to meet productivity goals.
• Lead and develop Supervisors, Foreman, and Leads to ensure targets are met.
• Support budgeting process and manage controllable costs to maximize net income.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across site operations.
