The role emphasizes budgeting, cross-functional coordination, and development of direct reports, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety policies across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college; and 5+ years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and cost control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and KPI achievement within the facility.
• Manage inventory integrity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Budget preparation and financial result accountability for areas of responsibility.
• Lead and develop direct reports; coordinate with supervisors and leads.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyse throughput, capacity planning, and financial information to drive efficiency.
• Support safety, HR, and engineering teams to promote productivity improvements.
