Job summary

Lineage in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Operations Leader to provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight for a multi-faceted warehouse. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while driving performance against KPI targets, including Labor-to-Revenue, truck turn times, and service levels.

You will collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies, quotes, and contracts, while ensuring our safety, food quality, and regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with strategy/annual planning (budget, SOPs, workshops).
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN.
• Experience managing, training, and developing people in operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Achieve company performance goals and KPIs such as Labor to Revenue, truck turn times, and customer service standards.
• Review and analyze warehouse activities and costs to drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on marketing, sales efforts, and account strategies.
• Establish facilities with a strong focus on customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor and control budgets, capital expenditures, and space utilization.
• Support initiatives to ensure safe receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of food per Lineage standards.
