Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager to strengthen large-scale warehouse operations in Georgia. You will oversee production and labor planning, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety standards are met.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage costs and efficiency, and coordinate with maintenance and inventory control to meet service goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success at this site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience developing and executing strategy/annual plans (budget, SOPs, workshops).
• Experience with lean/ Six Sigma continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Assist in establishing and achieving warehouse performance objectives (KPIs) and strategic planning.
• Plan for and direct warehouse operations including production and labor planning.
• Partner with maintenance and inventory control to meet productivity and service goals.
• Establish procedures for verification of shipments and inventory handling.
