Job summary

Lineage is seeking a results‑driven Operations Manager for our Hazleton, PA area warehouse. You will lead a mid‑sized facility, drive process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure safety and food quality compliance.

You will develop staff, manage WMS workflows, collaborate with Sales, and relentlessly pursue efficiency and excellent customer service. A hands‑on leader who can navigate complex operations will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years’ Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN continuous improvement processes.
• Experience managing, training, and developing people in operation roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Achieve company performance goals and KPIs including Labor to Revenue, truck turn times, and customer service standards.
• Review and analyze all warehouse activities and costs to drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager in marketing and sales efforts, including planning new account strategies and negotiating contracts.
• Establish and ensure facilities have excellent focus on customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor and control budgets, capex, and space utilization to meet targets.
• Support initiatives ensuring proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of food per Lineage safety and quality standards.
