Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mid-sized warehouse with strategic oversight and hands-on management of daily activities. You will drive labor efficiency, costs, and safety, while ensuring top-tier customer service and regulatory compliance across multiple storage environments.

You will partner with Sales and other functions to plan accounts, negotiate terms, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years’ Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with development and implementation of strategy/annual plans (budget, performance, SOPs).
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN.
• Experience managing, training, and developing people in operation roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work in variable temperatures during handling and storage.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Achieve performance goals and KPIs (LTR, truck turn times, customer service).
• Review and analyze warehouse activities and costs for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on marketing and sales efforts, accounts negotiation, and quotes.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, capex, MHE, and space utilization to meet targets.
• Support initiatives for proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of food.
