Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee operations at the designated facility. You will collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity align with company and customer standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the warehouse team, managing shipments and inventory, planning production schedules, tracking performance, and maintaining records. The role requires handling varied temperatures and a willingness to work weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more depending on facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage the procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks while keeping records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
