Legacy Service Partners is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, inventory control, and equipment management. You will guide strategy, manage a high-performing team, and partner with service, dispatch, procurement, and finance to keep parts and materials available for field technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or fleet management leadership.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong organizational and time management with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical materials is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse: develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient operations and optimized inventory control.
• Oversee Inventory Control: manage cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations; track stock levels and trends.
• Coordinate Procurement and Forecasting: partner with procurement and service teams to forecast needs and place timely purchase orders.
• Optimize Warehouse Layout and Logistics: maximize space, manage receiving, inspection and storage, resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce Safety Standards: implement safety protocols across operations.
• Monitor Equipment and Tools: track equipment, coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: analyze operations and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with service, dispatch, procurement, and finance.
• Other duties as assigned.
