Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strategic direction and oversee a medium-sized warehouse operation. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across processes.

You will collaborate with sales to plan accounts, quote rates, and negotiate contracts, while steering continuous improvement and cost control to meet company targets. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of Operations Management experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience with strategy/annual planning and cost management.
• Experience with Six Sigma and/or LEAN.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with WMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, recruit, train, and develop direct reports for productivity.
• Achieve KPIs including Labor to Revenue, truck turn times, and service standards.
• Review warehouse activities and costs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on marketing and account strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client relationships.
• Monitor budgets and space utilization to meet targets.
• Support safety and food handling standards in operations.
