Job summary

Kenco Group is a leading 3PL provider in the United States seeking an operational leader to drive day-to-day warehouse performance. You will oversee KPI attainment, inventory accuracy, and staff development, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements across the site and network.

Responsibilities include budget support, productivity monitoring, safety emphasis, and personnel management for direct reports, with travel up to ~25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; and five years related warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum of five years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and employee development within operational scope.
• Ensure SOPs, standard work, and policies are followed to meet goals.
• Lead daily with Supervisors/Foremen/Leads to meet productivity targets.
• Implement special projects that impact site and network warehouse operations.
• Analyze throughput, capacity planning, and financial information for improvements.
• Assist with site budget process to maximize net income through cost control.
• Promote safety and coordinate with safety, HR, and engineering teams.
