Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a senior operations leader to manage day-to-day warehouse activities at the Pleasant View facility. You will drive KPI attainment, inventory integrity, and staff development while aligning with standard procedures and customer requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement cost-control measures, and push continuous improvement across operations, safety, and quality programs. This role travels up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience budgeting and financial planning for operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain inventory integrity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with site budgeting and manage controllable costs for profitability.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements.
• Plan, develop, and implement policies and goals aligned with the network.
