Job summary

Kenco Logistics in the United States is seeking a skilled operations leader to drive day-to-day warehouse performance, oversee KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and staff development within the facility.

You will manage budgets, implement safety and continuous improvement programs, and collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to optimize network operations while maintaining strong controllable costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college with three years related experience
• Minimum five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field
• Minimum three years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals
• Monitor KPIs, inventory integrity, and network best practices
• Budgeting and financial results management for areas of responsibility
• Develop staff and succession planning; hire and discipline as needed
• Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with safety, HR, and engineering on productivity programs
